Publishing my Book - Abby’s Dilemma

Hi there! Little update incoming….

If you’ve seen my website, you would know that I wrote a book called Abby’s Dilemma.

In this Children’s picture book, Abby learns about how to manage her emotions. The reader also gets to explore coping mechanisms, and learn about decision making. This book is generally meant to feel like a safe space for young kids. I wanted my book to feel like a warm hug toward a kid feeling a little lost. As a sensitive adult, and frankly, a former sensitive child, this book comes from my heart. It stems from moments of sadness I had as a kid, and my desire to teach children that its okay to need some comfort from a changing world.

I am working on editing my book. I am looking for people to help me to edit my book. I have been emailing people in hopes for some help about publishing my book.

I attempted to self publish my book a year ago. I had pricing issues!!! My book ended up costing way too much for anyone to buy. I wouldn’t want my average reader to be paying that much for my book. I am in hopes of changing that, and finding a better solution.
